Accommodating up to a maximum of 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) and has a size of about 32 square meters. with the addition of a beautiful covered terrace of 20 square mmeters, equipped with a table and chairs to fully enjoy the contact with nature.

Living area: spacious and bright thanks to the many windows and the large sliding door that leads to the terrace and enhanced by an elegant cornered sofa in eco-leather. The kitchen corner consists of a sink mixer with draining board, a 4 burner hob with extractor hood, roomy cabinets and large refrigerator..
Two Bedrooms: one with a double bed -. 160 x 190 cm – and one with 3 single beds – 70 x 190 cm. –all with headboards in eco-leather, with large wall units and spacious wardrobes.
Bathroom: complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and equipped with all connections including hot water.
Natural gas heating in all rooms.
