Camping Gran Bosco
This is a modern and efficiently run site very near the Fréjus tunnel. The site was chosen to host
guests for the winter Olympics of 2006, thus the amenities are very good in an area of notoriously
poor camp sites. A family site now being run by the keen younger generation, it has many attractive
features including a smart bar/restaurant with terrace within the clean, new building just inside
the entrance and everything is open all the year. The 60 touring pitches are at both ends of the site,
all have 6A electricity and are on flat ground with shade.
Facilities
Two modern, well appointed toilet blocks (with piped music) are well placed on the site.
Clean WCs are British style, showers are excellent. Superb facilities for disabled visitors.
Washing machines. Motorcaravan service point. Large Bar and pleasant restaurant with terraces.
Play area and good games room. Entertainment in high season. Children's club. Barbecue area.
Torches Useful. Off site: Riding and golf 10 Km. Bicycle hire.
Skiing in season. Public transport 100 m. ATM 5 km.
